Mumtalakat invested alongside Oasis Capital Bank in 2009 to acquire a 75% stake in OCB Education Solutions (Mumtalakat’s shares is 9%), which consists of developing, owning and operating three student accommodation facilities, centrally located in the London area. The facilities will provide 1,119 beds and will also include auxiliary services catering specifically to the student community. The target delivery date of the three facilities is September 2010.
