An affiliate of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (“OAPEC”),
APSCo was established in 1977 according to an Agreement signed between the member countries of OAPEC in 1975, and is based in Tripoli, Libya.  
 
APSCo acts as a holding company for three operating companies: Arab Drilling and Workover Company, Arab Well Logging Company, and Arab Geophysical Exploration Services Company.
