APICORP is an inter-Arab joint stock Corporation, established in 1975 in accordance with an international agreement between the governments of ten member states of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries. With its headquarters in Al-Khobar/Dammam area in Eastern Saudi Arabia, APICORP also operates an offshore banking branch in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
 
APICORP’s prime objective is to contribute to the development and transformation of the Arab hydrocarbon and energy industries, through equity and debt financing, advisory and research, and corporate and Islamic finance services.
