Tourism Projects Company was established in July 1986 with the objective to construct, utilize, manage and develop tourism projects and activities in and outside Bahrain including hotels, resorts, marina clubs and other tourism projects.
 
The main tourism related investment of the company is its investment in Aljazeera Tourism Company (19.65%). The Aljazeera Tourism Company owns 100% in the Novotel Al Dana Resort, which is managed by Accor.
