 Donations

 
Children & Mothers Welfare Society (Hope Institute for Special Education)
Contributed a 30 seat transportation bus to be used for transporting needy children and other registered members of the society.  The society has been active for years on supporting the children with special needs through the care and respect they deserve being part of our society.
 
Noaim Charity Fund
Provided funding towards the establishment of a Tailoring Center for women who were made redundant as a result of the closure of some of the tailoring factories.  The center will provide a safe haven for these women to practice their tailoring skills and train other women of their community so that they become financially independent from charity support.
 
Bahrain Society for S.C.D. Patients Care
Mumtalakat recognized the work and activities of the society in their goal to stop new cases of S.C.D. by 2012 by educating and highlighting the root cause of this genetic disease.  Mumtalakat sponsored an awareness film aimed at highlighting the daily suffering of such patients throughout their life.
 
Social Welfare Centers
Caring for the elderly is a responsibility upon the families and local communities of our society. Mumtalakat contributed to Al Manar Center for Parents Care and Muharraq Social Welfare Center towards creating a pleasant and safe environment for their registered members.

World Economic Forum in Davos - Strategic Partnership Participation
The Davos forum is the flagship event for the World Economic Forum where CEOs, politicians, thinkers and economists gather to discuss and debate pressing global issues such as business, politics, religion and the environment.   The event is an excellent vehicle for promoting Mumtalakat and the Kingdom of Bahrain through our sponsorship of the above strategic program.

Cisco Networkers
Mumtalakat is proud to have been associated with the first Cisco Networkers in the Middle East held at the Bahrain International Circuit through its co-sponsorship of the event. The event attracted more than 2000 professionals who participated in more than 200 technical sessions under the general them of “Knowledge is Power”.

Bahrain Internet Society - Future IT Leaders Program 
Mumtalakat believes that the development of talented young Bahrainis is key to the future economy of the Kingdom of Bahrain.   Mumtalakat hopes through its support for the above program to create leaders in the field of Technology by nurturing their professional skills prior to their academic graduation.  

Spring of Culture - Shaikh Ibrahim Center for Culture and Research
Culture is very much attached to the economic prosperity of any modern society.  In addition to attracting famous artists, musicians and performers from around the world, The Spring of Culture annual program aims to place the Kingdom of Bahrain on the global cultural map.  By supporting venues such as Shaikh Ibrahim Center for Culture and Research, Mumtalakat is demonstrating its commitment to the establishment of a culture-rich society which will reflect positively on the 2030 vision towards a prosperous Kingdom. 

Bahrain International Garden Show
Raising awareness of the future basic human needs for food, agriculture and plantation is an important aspect of any modern society.  Mumtalakat is active on developing the food and its related industries to secure the future needs of the Kingdom of Bahrain for these basic commodities.  By supporting important exhibitions such as the above annual exhibition, Mumtalakat reaffirms its support for the agriculture and food industries.  

inJAz Bahrain - The Company Program
Mumtalakat believes that educating and developing the skills of the young generation is key to the sustainability of the future economy of the Kingdom of Bahrain.  By supporting a program such as the above demonstrates our commitment towards a highly skilled and educated society that will fuel our future economy.
